Red River Cabin

Red River Cabin is a detached three-bedroom lodge for five near Tuckingmill and Camborne. The king-size bedroom looks out across fields, while a twin and a single room give the rest of the group separate sleeping space. One bathroom serves all three.

The cabin sits beside the Red River, with outdoor seating next to the stream and fields beyond that attract birds, foxes and badgers. Walks and cycle tracks, including the Great Flat Lode Trail nearby, can be joined from the doorstep. There is no garden, so the seating area isn't enclosed private ground, and dogs are not accepted here.

WiFi, parking, a BBQ and dishwasher are included, but there is no washing machine, hot tub or step-free access. Portreath Beach is 3.4 miles away, Gwithian Towans is 5.4 miles and Godrevy Beach is 5.5 miles, all a short drive for a day at the coast. Heartlands, the free mining heritage centre at Pool, is about a mile away and makes an easy rainy-day option.
