Seagrass

Seagrass is a five-bedroom house for ten in Crantock, a dune-backed village about 2 miles from Newquay across the Gannel Estuary. Two bathrooms serve the group, a practical ratio to plan around at full occupancy.

A games room and open fire give the house shared indoor space beyond the bedrooms, and storage is available for water-sports equipment such as boards and wetsuits. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and the enclosed garden has a barbecue. Dogs are not allowed. Changeover day is Sunday.

Crantock Beach is 0.6 miles away, a broad stretch of National Trust sand backed by dunes with seasonal lifeguard cover. Vugga Cove, a smaller cove reached down a steep cliff path, is 1.0 mile away, and Porth Joke is 1.1 miles. The village itself has a 13th-century church, a green, the Old Albion pub and a small shop, with Newquay's restaurants and the Fistral surf competitions about 3 miles north.
