Fistral Quay is a six-bedroom Newquay terrace sleeping 11, with a hot tub on the garden decking and a woodburning stove in the sitting area. There is a step in the ground-floor hallway, and the decking and hot tub are reached by several steps.

Towan Beach is 500 metres from the front door and Fistral Beach - one of the UK's most recognised surf breaks - is 800 metres. The town centre with its restaurants, surf hire shops, and evening venues is within a 10-minute walk. There is no parking at the house; four council car parks are nearby.

The terraced house sleeps 11 across six bedrooms and two bathrooms: a king and a twin on the ground floor, then two kings, a twin and a single upstairs. There is also a dishwasher and garden space. Dogs are welcome. Saturday changeover applies. Best for large family groups or mixed-age parties who want a town-centre base with beach access on foot; not great for those expecting a quiet, remote setting.

Great Western Beach is 900 metres away, adding a third beach option within a short walk. The hot tub and woodburning stove extend the season for groups travelling outside July and August. Saturday changeover applies, which suits standard 7-night holiday bookings.
