Chy-an-Brae is a six-bedroom townhouse on Marcus Hill in Newquay town centre, sleeping up to 12 across three floors. The property's scale makes it one of the larger self-catering options in central Newquay, suited to multi-family groups or gatherings.

The ground floor has a games room with a full-size pool table. The first floor has two king-size doubles and a twin (two sharing a Jack and Jill shower room), plus a double and a bunk room. A second-floor king-size double has its own en-suite. The main bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower.
