Chy-an-Brae is a six-bedroom townhouse on Marcus Hill in Newquay town centre, sleeping up to 12 across three floors. The property's scale makes it one of the larger self-catering options in central Newquay, suited to multi-family groups or gatherings.

The ground floor has a games room with a full-size pool table. The first floor has two king-size doubles and a twin (two sharing a Jack and Jill shower room), plus a double and a bunk room. A second-floor king-size double has its own en-suite. The main bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower. A gas coal-effect fire warms the sitting and dining room, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and gas hob.

A rear courtyard has table and chairs, with a separate balcony area. Off-road parking fits two cars. Towan Beach - Newquay's town beach, lifeguarded in summer, with the famous island house on its suspension bridge - is just 300 metres away. Great Western Beach, with rock pools and sea caves at the base of the cliffs, is 500 metres.
