Sea View

Sea View is a detached house over three storeys in Newquay, with six bedrooms and room for eleven guests. The sleeping is a super-king that can be set up as twins on request, a king on the second floor, a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, a second double, a bunk room and a single. Four bathrooms and shower rooms are spread through the house, including a ground-floor shower room and a second-floor bathroom with a bath.

The house has a sitting room, a dining room with a TV, a utility room, and a kitchen with a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, plus a washing machine. Gas central heating, WiFi, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included.

The enclosed patio has furniture, and two cars can park off-road in designated spaces, with more roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, the beach 0.2 miles, a lake 0.7 miles and a river 1 mile.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The house suits a large family or two groups sharing, and it is less good for anyone wanting everything on one level, since the bedrooms are spread over three floors.
