Fistral, the main surf beach, is roughly a mile west. The town's restaurants, surf shops, and supermarkets are within easy walking distance on Marcus Hill itself.

Inside, the layout across three floors makes it suitable for multigenerational groups or parties who want their own space. WiFi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine are all included. The house has two designated parking spaces. Saturday changeovers only, with check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. A cot and highchair are available for young children, and a pub or shop is within a mile.

Best for large family groups or groups of friends wanting a central base with multiple beaches on the doorstep. Less good for couples - the size and price point are set up for bigger parties. Two pets are welcome.
