A single-storey barn conversion at Presingoll Barns on the edge of St Agnes, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms - a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin. All the accommodation is on the ground floor, and both bedrooms have doors to the patio. Inside, the kitchen island with breakfast bar separates the cooking area from the main living space, where a wood burning stove sits opposite the sitting area. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and the family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The sitting room opens to communal gardens shared with other properties in the barn complex. A BBQ terrace is available for guests. Wi-Fi is included, there is allocated parking for two cars, and a washer/dryer sits in the utility room. One dog is allowed. The barn complex is quietly set, though it sits within walking distance of the village pubs and shops.

Trevaunance Cove is 1.4 miles - a north-facing surf beach with a cafe and a harbour cove on the St Agnes coastline. Trevellas Cove is 1.6 miles. The South West Coast Path runs through St Agnes and connects directly to both beaches on foot. Perranporth Beach, a 3-mile Atlantic strand, is 3.9 miles away.
