The barn sits within Presingoll Barns, a small cluster of converted farm buildings on the village edge - residential and quiet, within a short walk of St Agnes' pubs and independent shops.

Trevaunance Cove is 1.4 miles - the surf and sailing beach at the foot of St Agnes village, with a beach cafe and board hire. The cove is north-facing with a consistent Atlantic swell. Trevellas Cove, a quieter shingle beach, is 1.6 miles. Perranporth Beach is 3.9 miles along the South West Coast Path, one of the longest continuous sand beaches in Cornwall.

Best for dog owners, couples, or families with one child who want a cosy base for walking the coast path and surfing. The wood burner and open fire make this a strong choice outside summer. Less good for guests who cannot manage stairs to the living area.
