The Stables

The Stables is a single-storey barn conversion on the Presingoll Barns site in St Agnes, sleeping four across two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite and a door that opens directly onto the private patio. Bedroom two has twin beds and shares a family bathroom.

The open-plan living area centres on a wood-burning stove, with comfortable sofas, smart TV and sound bar. The kitchen runs high-gloss units around a central island with breakfast bar. There is no dishwasher or washing machine on site, and no private parking - this is a compact barn conversion, not a self-contained house, so the setup suits guests who travel light.

Outside, the private patio leads to communal gardens with a dedicated sitting area and garden furniture. A barbecue and surf store are available for guests. The rural setting on the edge of St Agnes village keeps things quiet.

Trevaunance Cove - St Agnes's main surf beach - is 2.2km from the barn. Trevellas Cove is 2.5km. Perranporth, with its 3-mile stretch of sand, is 6.3km. The South West Coast Path passes through St Agnes village, connecting the cliffs north and south.

Best for couples or small families who want a quiet rural base with easy reach of north Cornwall surf beaches and coast path access. Less suitable for anyone needing parking, a dishwasher, or a dog-friendly setup.
