Tremanners is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage in St Agnes, sleeping 4 and set off Vicarage Road in the village. The property has an enclosed garden, off-road parking, WiFi, dishwasher, and washing machine - the practical kit for a week's stay without compromise. Changeover is Friday.

Trevaunance Cove is about 700 metres away on foot - a mixed sand and shingle beach with surf, rock pools, and seasonal lifeguards. The cove is one of the few north coast beaches that retains the remains of an old harbour wall. Trevellas Cove, a quieter spot popular with surfers and fossil hunters, is about a mile further along the coast path.

St Agnes draws visitors with more than its beaches. The Wheal Coates engine house on the clifftop south of the village is one of the most photographed structures in Cornwall, and St Agnes Beacon gives 360-degree views across the county on a clear day. The village has independent cafes, galleries, and the Taphouse pub for evenings in. The South West Coast Path heads south toward Chapel Porth and north toward Porthtowan, both within a short drive or a longer coastal walk.

**Best for:** Families or couples wanting a base near the St Agnes coast path, with practical amenities and a garden. Good for walkers tackling the north coast stretch.

**Less good for:** Guests needing beach-level access (Trevaunance Cove has a steep descent). Not dog-friendly.
