Warren Cottage

Warren Cottage is a Grade II-listed 18th-century former fisherman's cottage in The Warren, a traffic-free pedestrian area at the heart of Polperro village. It sleeps four in a double and twin bedroom, with harbour and sea views from most windows. A parking permit is included and up to two dogs of any size are welcome. Short breaks are available most of the year.

Inside, the cottage is arranged across three floors with a light, airy layout reflecting its age. The living, kitchen and bedrooms run up through the building, with the traditional staircase and narrow rooms preserved from the original structure. The ground floor sits at the main pedestrian lane level.

Outside, the cottage has no garden, but the front steps give a sunny spot to sit out and there are benches around the harbour wall. Lekerock Cove Beach lies 1.3km along the coast, with Talland Bay 1.5km and Lansallos Beach 4.3km further west. A small sandy beach emerges outside Polperro's harbour walls at low tide.

The South West Coast Path passes the door, heading east to Talland Bay, Looe (4 miles by road) and west to Lansallos and Polruan. Polperro's cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, the Heritage Museum of Smuggling and Fishing, the Model Village and Land of Legend sit within a few minutes on foot. Fowey is 7 miles west via the Bodinnick ferry.
