Wildwood is a four-bedroom cottage in Bude sleeping eight, arranged across two super-king rooms, a twin, and a flexible zip-and-link - all four bedrooms are up the staircase, with a separate WC the only facility at ground level. The exposed stone feature wall anchors the main living area, and a wood burner keeps the space warm outside of summer. Bi-fold-style doors connect the kitchen and the covered outdoor eating area.

The enclosed rear garden is fully fenced - good for the two dogs allowed - and the EV charging point and parking for 3 cars sit at the front. Summerleaze Beach is 0.9 miles away, a flat walk along the canal path. Crooklets Beach lies 1.2 miles north and is the more open Atlantic-facing option for surfing or bodyboarding. Both sit on the South West Coast Path, which also connects to the cliffs at Stowe Barton and Coombe Valley.

Inside, the layout suits a single large group or two families travelling together. The king rooms are on separate floors, which helps with privacy. A dishwasher, washing machine, and BBQ are all included.

Bude town centre is under 1.2 miles with independent shops, a cinema, and the tidal sea pool at Summerleaze. Boscastle is 14 miles south along the A39. This property is best for families or groups with dogs who want proper beach access without sacrificing space or practical home comforts. Less good for anyone who cannot manage stairs, since all four bedrooms are up the staircase and only a WC sits at ground level.
