The nearest beaches are Lekerock Cove at 0.9 miles, Talland Bay at 1.1 miles and Lansallos at 2.5 miles. All three are reachable on foot via the South West Coast Path, which runs directly through Polperro and connects the village to Looe to the east and Fowey to the west.

Best for families wanting a walkable base by Polperro's harbour, with private garden space of their own. Less suited to guests who want to park right outside - vehicles go in the village car park, a short walk from the door.
