Harbour View is a three-storey cottage in Polperro village, sleeping six across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room has an open fire that makes it a viable choice in autumn and winter when the warren footpaths are quiet. A private garden with BBQ sits at the rear, and off-road parking is included.

The nearest beach is Lekerock Cove at 1.2km, with Talland Bay a further 0.3km along the coast. Both are reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, which passes directly through Polperro. Lansallos Beach is 4.4km for those wanting a longer walk to a National Trust cove.

Polperro itself has around 15 pubs, restaurants, and cafes concentrated along the harbour and in the village centre - good cover for a week's worth of eating out without a car. The warren lanes are pedestrian-only, which keeps the atmosphere calm even in peak July and August. Wi-Fi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine are all included.

Best for groups of 6 wanting a base inside Polperro with coast path access from the door. Less good for those needing sandy beaches within walking distance - Talland Bay has pebble and rock at low tide, and Lekerock is a cove rather than a strand. No dogs and no hot tub.

The open fire is a significant feature in autumn and winter - Polperro out of season is considerably quieter and the harbour atmosphere holds year-round.
