Badgers Sett (at Higher Trevelmick, near Fenton Pitts) is a ground-floor farm cottage near Lanivet, sleeping 3 across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The accessible layout includes step-free entry and ground-level living, which suits guests with mobility requirements. The garden overlooks a working farm with countryside views on all sides.

WiFi and parking are included. There is no dishwasher, but a washing machine is provided. No BBQ on site.

Carlyon Bay is the nearest beach at 6.6 miles - a long, sandy bay near St Austell with a golf course and hotel complex behind the dunes. Charlestown is 7.1 miles and Porthpean just over half a mile further beyond that. The Eden Project is roughly the same distance from the cottage as Carlyon Bay, making this a practical base for visiting the biomes. Bodmin Moor is accessible to the north within 20 minutes.

Lanivet village, around 1.2 miles from the farm, has a church, pub, and a small shop. Bodmin town is 3.1 miles northeast with a wider range of amenities, and the Bodmin and Wenford Steam Railway runs from Bodmin General station to the edge of the Moor.
