Ravens Croft

Ravens Croft is a two-bedroom barn conversion on a working farm near Higher Trevelmick, outside Lanivet in mid-Cornwall, sleeping three with one bathroom. The conversion is entirely on one level - no stairs - which makes it one of the more practical options in the area for guests with mobility requirements. An enclosed garden adjoins the cottage.

Inside, the barn has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and off-street parking. There is no dishwasher. The setup is straightforward rather than elaborate - this is a working farm with a converted outbuilding, not a resort-spec retreat. No dogs.

The location is inland, which is worth knowing before booking. The nearest beach is Carlyon Bay at 6.6 miles, with Charlestown - the Georgian harbour village used as a filming location - at 7.1 miles, and Porthpean at 7.7 miles. The Eden Project is a comparable drive. Bodmin town is roughly 1.9 miles north. For walkers, Bodmin Moor is the main draw - the Camel Trail starts from Bodmin and runs 17 miles to Padstow.
