The apartment sits directly above Towan Beach - the beach linked to its island by a private suspension footbridge. Great Western Beach is 500 metres east. A pub is 100 metres from the building's entrance. Underground parking, WiFi, dishwasher, and washing machine are included. No pets, no garden. The surf storage room is a genuine convenience - wetsuits and boards stay in the building, not in the flat. Saturday changeover.

Newquay town centre is a short walk from Crescent Lane, with the harbour, restaurants, and the Blue Reef Aquarium within 10 minutes on foot. Tolcarne Beach is 900 metres east and tends to be quieter than Towan. For a longer day trip, the Eden Project is 14 miles south-east on the A390.
